Default Is a Low Carb diet bad for athletes?

Hey yall..

So ive been experimenting with a new diet lately.. im trying to cut out all refined sugar, processed food, white flour, wheat & gluten .. and also most dairy products!

But mostly ive cut out the bad carbs like white rice, bread, etc.

The thing is, I am already pretty skinny and normally people go on a low carb diet to lose weight. I definitely dont want to lose weight, but I believe white rice, flour etc are bad for you anyway so I dont want to eat them anymore.

How can I stop eating bad food and still gain weight? I guess I just need to eat a shitload?

mm it can probably be done. You gotta eat lots of fats.. like almonds/avocadoes/etc

also, dont completely cut out the carbs.. you need some good complex carbs like brown rice etc.. veggies!
